Individual Therapy
Life can be unpredictable — even overwhelming. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns we can’t explain, weighed down by past experiences, or simply feeling disconnected from ourselves or the life we want to lead.
Individual therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. It’s a place to be heard without judgment, to make sense of challenges, and to reconnect with your strengths and values.

Starting therapy can feel daunting — especially if it’s your first time. Here’s what you can generally expect:
The first session is about getting to know you — your story, your hopes, and what’s bringing you to therapy
We’ll talk through your goals, at your pace, and begin to shape a plan that feels right for you
Sessions usually run for 50 minutes and may be weekly, fortnightly, or flexible depending on your needs
You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re ready to — we’ll go gently and respectfully
Therapy is your space, and our role is to walk alongside you — supporting change in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
