About the Workshop
This workshop is designed to give kids the chance to:
Learn about their brain and emotions in a fun, creative way
Practice simple strategies to manage big feelings
Build resilience, teamwork, and self-confidence
Connect with nature and their creativity
The Nitty Gritty
Date & Time: Friday 3rd October 9am - 12pm
Cost: $99 per child (materials included)
Age: 6 - 8 years old
Group size: Small group to ensure individual attention (max 6 kids)
What to bring: A water bottle, morning tea, hat, and clothes that can get messy
Location: Lachlan Valley Psychology & Wellbeing 171-175 Rankin Street, Forbes (opposite Colin McKenzie Park, diagonal to the Bowling Club greens).
